Industrial Prevention Clinician � PRN | York, PA

Unify Health Services is seeking licensed health professionals to join our team as Industrial Health Clinicians. This PRN role offers flexible, intermittent coverage Monday through Friday between 4:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and is based in York, Pennsylvania.

We are a national, women-owned organization specializing in workers� compensation and disability services. Our mission is to help businesses prioritize employee health and safety through proactive wellness and injury prevention programs.

We are looking for Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants with active Pennsylvania licensure. Ideal candidates are passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and promoting wellness in the workplace.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering on-site prevention programs such as work simulations and job coaching
  • Conducting ergonomic assessments and early intervention services
  • Implementing wellness initiatives tailored to the workforce
  • Collaborating with HR, safety teams, and management to support employee health
  • Tracking and reporting program metrics to evaluate effectiveness

Physical requirements:

  • Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds

Dress code:

Professional attire is required, along with site-specific personal protective equipment (PPE).
