In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and following up with customer inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through are essential.
Sales BDC Responsibilities
- Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries while proactively generating additional customer leads
- Listen carefully to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on vehicle options
- Collaborate closely with sales consultants to deliver qualified leads and detailed customer insights
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
- Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively across departments
Sales BDC Qualifications
- Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of internet sales experience (automotive experience is a plus)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
- Confident, energetic, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a desire to achieve both individual and team success
