Your Role at a Glance  

 

The position of Duty Manager is one of the most varied positions in the hotel. You are involved in the day-to-day business in the broadest sense: you know what is going on, you take care of every guest's needs, and you know how to link the right people. You are the point of contact for guests and, if necessary, you deal with compliments, complaints and problems. In addition, you monitor the quality of our service and are always striving for improvement. You contribute and implement fun, refreshing initiatives to reach this goal. You also decide on solutions for the most diverse bottlenecks. You help colleagues from different departments when needed and you proactively build a good relationship with new and returning guests, as well as colleagues. In other words, you are a true Jack of all trades.
