We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Coordinator to support two skilled nursing facilities: Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation and Pine Grove Manor Skilled Nursing.
This is a hands-on Human Resources and Payroll role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing employee-focused HR responsibilities with accurate payroll processing in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

HR Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting and hiring for both facilities
- Manage new hire onboarding and orientation
- Support employee relations, coaching, and performance management
- Maintain personnel files, licensure, and compliance records
- Assist with HR compliance, audits, and unemployment claims
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees across both locations
Payroll Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage timekeeping, edits, and payroll reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and wage/hour laws
- Maintain payroll records, audits, and employee data updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of HR and/or payroll experience
- Healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Knowledge of employment law, payroll processes, and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be local to the St. Louis, MO area
