Senior Project Manager
WeatherTech is seeking a well-qualified Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development and launch of automotive, pet, and home products. This role is responsible for leading the project management team overseeing complex, cross-functional programs from concept through production and go-to-market execution.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will
- Lead the product management team overseeing at least one direct report
- Manage full lifecycle project management for multiple concurrent programs
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-cost delivery
- Proactively identify risks, constraints, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
- Serve as the central point of communication for project status, escalations, and decision-making
- Translate high-level direction into clear, actionable plans for execution teams
- Manage tooling, prototyping, validation, and production readiness milestones
- Ensure product quality, performance, and manufacturability standards are met
- Support go-to-market planning including packaging, pricing, and launch readiness
- Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and reporting structures
- Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of project/program management experience in automotive, consumer products, or related industries
- Proven experience managing complex product development cycles, preferably in automotive accessories or aftermarket products
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, thermoforming, metals, textiles, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneur-led organizations is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with external contacts as well as internal departments within the company
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
