The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) manages the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), one of Australia's greatest assets. The MCG is host to more than 70 major events annually attracting over three million patrons and visitors.

The Club Services & Heritage department at the MCC is responsible for providing a high quality of service to approximately 157,000 Melbourne Cricket Club members as well as patrons of the MCG.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Club Services, Sport & Heritage team for a Casual Membership Systems Support Officer. Reporting to the Membership and Customer Systems Lead, this is a detailed and operationally focused role responsible for maintaining the integrity and smooth running of the MCC's membership systems and data.
In this role you will:
- Perform daily balancing of membership financial transactions, placard files, and non-Indue card processing to ensure accuracy and reconciliation
- Monitor and resolve error logs across GreenID verification, PID update failures, registration match errors, and Ticketek imports to maintain data integrity
- Process Ticketek VT sales and ticket return files within required timeframes, liaising with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Conduct manual member photo updates in the membership database in accordance with established standards
- Administer the end-to-end reinstatements process, including payment request processing and accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate weekly research surveys for the MCC cohort, including campaign setup and marketing list configuration
- Build and maintain marketing lists in response to requests received via the Asana form workflow
- Process and reconcile refunds across ASM, general membership, and MCC Plus dining categories
- Respond to general member enquiries across project queues, including deaths and resignations, refund requests, login issues, payment change requests, and MCC Plus wallet troubleshooting
About You
You are a detail-oriented and organised professional with experience in membership, customer service, or data administration. You bring a high degree of accuracy to your work, particularly across data entry and financial reconciliation, and you are comfortable navigating CRM and membership management systems. You manage competing priorities with confidence, communicate clearly with a member-focused approach, and work equally well independently or as part of a collaborative team.
This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy supporting people and contributing to a positive member experience.
Flexibility is required, as availability for event day duties on weeknights, public holidays and weekends is essential.
