    Description: 

    Butler County Special Education Interlocal #638 is currently seeking a Special Education teacher to work at Circle Greenwich Elementary.  The position requires providing specially designed instruction to students with disabilities in grades K�6 to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing IEPs, collaborating with general education staff and families, monitoring student progress, supervision of paraeducators, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The teacher creates a structured, supportive learning environment and uses evidence-based practices to meet individual student needs while promoting inclusion in the least restrictive environment.


    Qualifications: 
    Kansas teaching license or willing to complete requirements for special ed waiver and licensure.
