We’re growing—and looking for a driven Estimator with a sales mindset to join our team!

Are you someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning project details into winning bids? We’re looking for a motivated, client-focused Estimator who can collaborate with our team and customers to deliver accurate, competitive, and high-quality estimates.

As one of the nation’s leading commercial roofing companies, we work on a wide range of projects across diverse roofing systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical side of estimating and the relationship-building side of sales. Whether you bring industry experience or are eager to learn, we’re looking for someone ready to grow, contribute, and make an impact.

What You’ll Do


  • Develop accurate, competitive estimates while identifying opportunities to win work

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors

  • Attend job walks and engage directly with customers to understand project needs

  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to prepare detailed proposals

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and leadership to finalize bids

  • Present proposals, answer client questions, and help position the company to secure projects

  • Track market trends and pricing to stay competitive and drive revenue growth

  • Support change orders and ongoing client communication throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Experience with estimating, construction, or commercial roofing (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents

  • Experience preparing proposals, bids, or client-facing documents is a plus
