🏆 Quality Specialist (QS V) – Quality Management Systems
📍 Location: Amexhe, Guanajuato

Are you experienced in audit leadership, IATF 16949 certification, and quality system development?

Join FORVIA HELLA, where you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with automotive standards and driving continuous improvement across our Quality Management System.

🎯 Role Objective
To implement, supervise, and improve the Quality Management System while leading internal, process, system, and certification audits. Develop new system and process standards and ensure the adoption of quality methods aligned with customer and industry requirements.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and supervise internal, customer, and external system audits.
  
• Conduct process and system audits as a qualified auditor.
  
• Lead the certification and maintenance of IATF 16949 in the plant.
  
• Create, update, and maintain QMS documentation.
  
• Develop new quality standards and methodologies.
  
• Ensure the sustainable closure of audit findings.
  
• Train, qualify, and support internal auditors within the HELLA global network.
  
• Identify improvement opportunities in systems and processes.
  
  
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

💼 Experience: Between 5–6 years in Quality Systems roles within automotive manufacturing.

🌐 Language: Advanced English (required).

🛠️Musts:

 Hard Skills

• Strong knowledge of the IATF 16949 norm (previous lead responsibility in certifying an automotive plant under IATF)
  
• Qualified auditor (process and system).
  
• Strong capability in planning and conducting audits.
  

Soft Skills

• Ability to drive sustainable corrective actions on audit findings.
  
• Strong organization and documentation management.
  
• Excellent communication and continuous improvement mindset.
  
• Desirable: Experience conducting evaluations, reporting KPIs, and informing key stakeholders.
