Patrick Industries Corporate Headquarters is currently seeking an ERP Operations Lead- Global Process Owner to join our growing IT Department. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Participate in Oracle cloud ERP implementation and design including configuration and maintenance and act as overall Operations-Global Process Owner for the project
  • Coordinate/oversee/guide all the functions to be performed by the Ops team internally and be able to act the single point of contact to resolve conflicts and / or process misalignment internally
  • Strive to be “point person” in the company when it comes to overall Oracle ERP Supply chain processes and solutions
  • Ops BA team responsibilities are
    • Gather business requirements from multiple sources and consolidate them into meaningful functional specifications
    • Liaise between the company’s end users and technical teams and/or external consultants to drive optimal business solutions in Supply Chain modules in their coverage area
    • Perform system testing and troubleshoot system issues in project lifecycle
    • Create functional and technical specifications for any new functionality and/or system rollout
    • Identify continuous improvement opportunities
    • Follow and promote Software Development Lifecycle steps to ensure quality and stability of the systems
    • Lead new projects and/or ERP rollouts to ensure the business success in their respective area
    • Write documentation related to standard operating procedures
    • Deliver training materials and conduct training sessions with end users to ensure proper adoption and usage
    • Ensure that the team observes strict adherence to SOX Compliance standards
    • Act as an escalation point for critical system issues related to Oracle ERP systems
  • Fill in for any other team responsibility including hands on work, as needed
  • Help create a process and framework to review and provide oversight on applications solutions, changes and enhancements once the system live
  • Help put together sustainable Support and continuous improvement teams and/or processes.
  • Oversee a team of direct reports, ensuring continuous skill development and cross training
  • Partner with HR to evaluate and hire team members in accordance with HR Guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of Operations experience
  • 3+ years of Oracle ERP configuration and functional support experience
  • Manufacturing Industry experience required
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle ERP and/or cloud ERP are considered a plus
  • Prior experience with team management is considered a plus
  • Experience working with offshore or near shore partners on Oracle ERP topics (functional and technical resources) and/or AMS (Application Managed Services) partners is considered a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
