Job Description

Harley-Davidson of Tampa Bay is looking for a Parts Counter People.  We are hiring immediately. With over 125 years in business, why go anywhere else. Candidates must be courteous, have a positive attitude, and be a team player. Parts department dealership experience required.

Responsibilities

Duties Include:

  • Distribute parts with proper invoices or repair orders
  • Credit returns in a timely/orderly manner - within 48 hours
  • Charges out merchandise using the Dealer Management System,
  • Inspect - as required - items before leaving the dealership
  • Inspect returns as per policy
  • Ability to access, look up, price and order parts
  • Maintain order logs and ensure sufficient inventory on hand
  • Keep shelves stocked and organized
  • Delivering Parts
  • Keep Warehouse clean and organized
  • Other duties per description and as assigned

Qualifications
Job Requirements as Parts Counterperson:

  • Experienced and aware of the latest technologies and be a persistent problem solver.
  • Brand specific parts experience a plus not required, we will train.
  • Looking for a people-person with a friendly personality
  • Must have computer proficiency
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Valid and clean driver's license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
