Description:

The Admissions team is responsible for managing the Application processes and their relevant procedures to deliver a customer-focused service to our recruitment partners, universities, & institutions. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Collect the documents from counsellor and process data/applications to admissions for all the applicants. 
• Processing activities that may include but are not limited to quality check and processing of applications to institutions, identifying case problems, verification. 
• Oversee the completion of all relevant forms, checklists, and supporting documents and ensure that all the information provided by the student is accurate and correct by verifying all documents. 
• Maintaining a deep understanding of platform updates, new offerings, and admissions processes. 
• Accurately maintain databases, organize and maintain files and records, electronic and physical.
• Help in training internal & external staff for new destinations & process
• Attend to queries regarding the documents required for the issuance of CAS/COE/LOA/i20
• Keep informed of laws, regulations, and SOPs related to visa cases

Requirement: 

• 1-3+ years of experience in filing applications for students to foreign universities and colleges. 
• Understanding of the requirements of various documents for admission process for various courses for Diploma, Bachelors, Post-Graduation, Master's degree and PhD in Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Ireland, New Zealand, and other countries. 
• Experience of having worked on the student visa application process for various countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Ireland, New Zealand, and other countries.
