DESCRIPTION
  • Lead of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.​

  • Representation of Project Planning department on multidisciplinary forums

  • Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes​

  • Analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.​

  • Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAs​

  • Developing of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly tools​

  • Selection, design and sourcing of equipment​

  • Project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)​

  • Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshops

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechatronics, mechanical, related
  • At least 5 years of professional experience.​
  • Experience at an OEM​
  • Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically a very high knowledge and experience in Assembly Equipment and Tools Planning.​
  • Knowledge of Ergonomics Standards 
  • Knowledge in Kanban Systematic​
  • CATIA and Layout HLS is an advantage
  • Experience of project management​
  • Willingness to travel​
  • Fluent English
  • German A2 (is a plus)
  • Position for 6 months
