DESCRIPTION
Lead of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.
Representation of Project Planning department on multidisciplinary forums
Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes
Analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.
Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAs
Developing of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly tools
Selection, design and sourcing of equipment
Project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)
Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshops
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechatronics, mechanical, related
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience at an OEM
- Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically a very high knowledge and experience in Assembly Equipment and Tools Planning.
- Knowledge of Ergonomics Standards
- Knowledge in Kanban Systematic
- CATIA and Layout HLS is an advantage
- Experience of project management
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent English
- German A2 (is a plus)
- Position for 6 months
