JOB SUMMARY:
Take direction from Management to maintain and ensure compliance with food safety standards. This position requires employee to learn all positions within the department. While maintaining compliance with food safety policies also ensure that all safety procedures and policies are being followed.
DIMENSIONS: WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to utilize bilateral upper extremities concurrently and independently for various fine motor tasks, including, but not limited to grasping, pinching, tossing, and wiping.
Ability to work above shoulder height and below knee height.
Ability to crouch, kneel, squat, bend reach, push, pull, and twist.
Ability to ascend and decent stairs.
Ability to stand for entire shift.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Participate as an active team member of production in assigned area.
Assist in training of co-workers as directed.
Perform repetitive tasks as assigned.
Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP programs, SSOPs and GMPs.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Attend meetings and trainings as required.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Food or production experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
