Sushi Cook

We are seeking a skilled sushi cook to join our culinary team. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a passion for quality ingredients and presentation.

Responsibilities:

� Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other menu items to spec

� Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness

� Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood

� Assist with prep and inventory for sushi station

� Maintain speed and consistency during service

� Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

� Previous sushi experience required

� Strong knife skills and attention to detail

� Knowledge of fish handling and sushi rice preparation

� Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
