POSITION SUMMARY

As District Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a talented team, shape strategic decisions, and help EnerStar set new standards in service delivery.


Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
  • Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities
  • Collaborate with senior management to grow market share, enhance customer experience, and drive strategic growth
  • Ensure that the district delivers value and excellence to the clients
  • Maintain profit margins and implement business plan
  • Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices
  • Perform strategic customer service delivery while maximizing profitability
  • Organize, train and schedule employees
  • Manage and maintain the condition of all rental assets
  • Lead the branch and plan day to day operations
  • Implement EnerStar’s health, safety, and environmental policies with consistency and care
  • Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned

Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar discipline preferred
    • An equivalent combination of experience and education can be considered

Experience:

  • 4 to 7 years of progress career growth
  • Experience in the oil & gas industry
  • Management experience in equipment rental or related industry
  • Proven district management working experience

  • Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
