    What We’re Looking For
    To qualify, you must:
    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Have a high school diploma or GED
    • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Pass a background check
    • Be physically capable of assisting with lifting, securing equipment, and helping students
    • Experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus—but not required. We'll train you!
      

     
    What You'll Do
    • Monitor student conduct while on the bus
    • Assist with safe loading and unloading, including wheelchairs, car seats, and seat belts
    • Support students with special needs and medical devices
    • Communicate and collaborate with drivers, school staff, and families
