- Part-Time Hours: Split-shift schedule (morning and afternoon routes – mid-day routes also available!)
- Competitive Pay: $17.48/hour
- Meaningful Work: Support the needs of students, including those with special needs, and ensure their safety

- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Pass a background check
- Be physically capable of assisting with lifting, securing equipment, and helping students
- Experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus—but not required. We'll train you!
- Monitor student conduct while on the bus
- Assist with safe loading and unloading, including wheelchairs, car seats, and seat belts
- Support students with special needs and medical devices
- Communicate and collaborate with drivers, school staff, and families
