Pendleton Family Medicine is a full-spectrum primary care practice serving the Pendleton community across every stage of life, from preventive care and sports physicals to chronic disease management and family medicine. You would be joining a physician-heavy team of six providers including two MDs and two DOs, a structure that offers genuine day-to-day clinical collaboration and mentorship for an APP coming into primary care.
COMPENSATION
Year one guaranteed salary: $128,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)
Earnings potential after year one: Up to $175,000 (production-based)
Schedule: 4-day workweek, 100% outpatient
Call: Shared telephone only, shared with clinic providers

ABOUT PENDLETON, OREGON
Pendleton has a regional airport with daily commercial flights to Portland and Denver, which changes the calculation for providers concerned about connectivity. The Walla Walla wine region is 45 minutes away. The Tri-Cities of Washington, with Costco, Columbia Center Mall, and full urban amenities, are an easy hour's drive. Portland is three hours west; Boise four hours southeast.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active or eligible Oregon licensure

The following physical requirements are included per standard credentialing and HR documentation. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
