Position Overview

TheBoydCompanies.com is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Pool Monitor to oversee the pool area, ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents and guests. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of maintaining pool cleanliness, monitoring chemical levels, and enforcing pool rules.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Monitor and maintain proper pool chemical levels, conducting regular water tests.


• Maintain sign-in and sign-out logs for all pool visitors.


• Ensure the pool area remains clean and orderly, including straightening furniture and removing debris.


• Ensure the pool restrooms remain clean and orderly, including maintaining paper supplies


• Perform basic pool upkeep, such as skimming and light cleaning.


• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.


• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.


• Ensure the pool area and outdoor kitchen remain clean and orderly, including straightening furniture, emptying trash and removing debris.
