Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Resource Librarian Specialist supports the daily operations of the resource center library, including the organization, distribution, and maintenance of curriculum and instructional materials. The role provides front-line support to students, families, and staff by responding to general inquiries and ensuring timely access to materials.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage routine processes efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and service-oriented environment. The Resource Librarian Specialist works collaboratively with team members to support effective library operations in alignment with the organization’s Guiding Principles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in customer service, inventory, library, or clerical support.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to provide courteous and responsive customer service to students, families, and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing materials and records.
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills to identify and address routine issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including email, databases, and office software.
