Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage concrete projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery
Review blueprints, project specs, and site logistics to plan efficient execution
Track progress and document updates, RFIs, and change orders
Solve field challenges proactively and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to project teams
Support estimating and bid processes as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project management or related concrete/construction field
High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications or construction coursework is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated “go-getter” with a desire to learn and grow
Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with project documentation and basic software tools (Microsoft Office, and Excel) as well as Takeoff and Estimating programs.
