Smith Haven Mazda is seeking an experienced service advisor! We are a very busy dealership with no shortage of earning opportunity!
*** This is a commission based job***
An employee in this position would earn a weekly salary as well as commission.
Responsible for various tasks in the service department:
- Talking to customers
- Creating work orders and repair orders
- Checking customers in and out of service
- Logging customer and vehicle information into the computer
- Provide accurate repair cost
- Provide status updates on repairs
- Obtain Customer approval for repairs

Requirements
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong selling skills
- Basic knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Ability to generate high CSI scores
