The mission of the Ipsos Client Organization (CO) is to deliver greater value for our clients and profitable growth for Ipsos. The CO is comprised of senior executives who are focused on i) driving new business and ii) building long-term client relationships by understanding their business context and priorities and then identifying and penetrating the relevant buying points for Ipsos’ broad portfolio of services that address these needs.
Job description:
- Drive New Business Development: Initiate and cultivate relationships with new logos and re-engage lapsed clients. Leverage your industry and sector connections effectively, participate in strategic conferences, utilize social media channels, and deeply understand prospective business issues to deliver exceptional business development success.
- Ensure client relationship excellence to drive growth: Maintain and enhance relationships with a portfolio of 2-3 top-tier clients. Focus on driving growth and creating value through diversification, identifying new buying points, and exploring new business questions. Collaborate internally with the Chief Client Director to ensure alignment when managing clients at a global level.
- Collaborate with Ipsos teams to bring to existing & new clients the best of Ipsos and be the “Voice of the Client” among Ipsos teams.
