Job Summary

Perimeter Solutions Group is hiring a Fence Superintendent to oversee commercial fence installation projects. This role manages field operations, supervises crews, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong experience in fence installation, construction management, and crew supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise fence installation crews across multiple active job sites
• Coordinate schedules, labor, and materials with Project Managers
• Conduct site walks with clients to review scope, layout, and timelines
• Review blueprints, plans, and material takeoffs
• Schedule and deploy crews for upcoming projects
• Troubleshoot job site issues and support foremen/crew leads
• Communicate field updates and changes for change orders
• Perform quality control inspections and document completed work (photos/reports)
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of fence installation or construction experience (commercial preferred)
• Experience with chain link, ornamental iron, vinyl (PVC), and gate systems
• Proven experience managing installation projects

Leadership

• 2+ years in a Superintendent, Foreman, or Crew Lead role
• Experience managing multiple crews and job site productivity
• Strong communication with teams, clients, and vendors

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Knowledge of excavation, concrete work, and post setting
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

Safety

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
• Understanding of local/state construction requirements
