Job Title: Commercial Landscaping Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to support daily landscaping operations and assist with the successful completion of commercial landscape projects. The Landscaping Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and general site cleanup. This role required attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards on every job site. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of job sites prior to the beginning of a project.     
• Operate various tools and equipment, including: backpack blower, lawn mower, rake, etc.       
• Assist Crew Leader with job-related tasks.       
• Assist in the upkeep of walkways, fences, decks, posts, etc.      
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections and cleaning on a daily basis.         
• Perform land clearing activities.            
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects.            
• Plant and maintain garden beds and lawns.         
• Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and hand lifting/carrying.        
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.          
• Comply with all company policies and regulations.         
• Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations.
