What will your job look like?

Customer Delivery Manager, lead delivery of our unit products from scoping, design, implementation, testing and deployment into production. Lead all the related customer activities, including negotiation, identifying CRs, training and other activities. Work closely with implementation, R&D and product teams to deliver on time, on budget and on quality. Extensive experience in development, including work in Agile development environments.

Technical Skills: High capability to understand Business requirements, estimate, and create a final quote.

Need to handle in times part of the implementation due to resource constraints.

Understand the product's capabilities and convey such knowledge to customers.

Education / Experience: 1st degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Detailed list of competencies:

  • 3 years of experience
  • Progressive experience in delivering and/or supporting complex software solutions and service/ product implementations.
  • Extensive experience in development, including work in Agile development environments.
  • Ability to perform quick and in-depth investigation
  • Using judgment to make decisions with limited or ambiguous information, taking informed and appropriate risks
  • Ability to act as a customer-facing focal point
  • Developing relationships with customers; seeing things from their perspective; involving them in decisions.           
  • Ensuring business decisions focus on improving customer experiences.
  • Ability to make an extra effort to meet defined targets, dedication to the task, and commitment to provide deliverables
  • High teamwork skills
  • Spanish and English speakers and writers at a minimum
  • Ability to work with a remote team - communications skills
