- Prepare jobs so crews show up ready to work
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and installers
- Manage inventory and job staging in the warehouse
- Order materials and work with vendors
- Communicate with customers on scheduling and updates
- Solve problems before they slow jobs down
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Construction or installation background (cabinets, carpentry, remodeling, etc.) preferred
- Former lead installer or foreman preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator (crew + customer interaction)
- Ready for a full-time, in-office role
