• Prepare jobs so crews show up ready to work
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and installers
• Manage inventory and job staging in the warehouse
• Order materials and work with vendors
• Communicate with customers on scheduling and updates
• Solve problems before they slow jobs down

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Construction or installation background (cabinets, carpentry, remodeling, etc.) preferred
• Former lead installer or foreman preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator (crew + customer interaction)
• Ready for a full-time, in-office role
