Description

Job Summary 

Assisting the grounds department on maintaining and improving the campus grounds. This would include: weeding, planting plants, trimming bushes and trees, mulching, removing trash and debris around campus, and help setting up events. 

Skills 

Prior grounds experience preferred but not needed. 

Must be able to lift 50 Pounds.

Must have a drivers license.

Willing to work in inclement weather conditions. 

Requirements

MUST BE A CURRENT HCC STUDENT FOR THE SUMMER/FALL 2026 SEMESTER. 

MUST BE ENROLLED IN AT LEAST 6 CREDITS FOR SUMMER OR FALL 2026.

UNLESS FIRST-SEMESTER STUDENT, MUST HAVE ATTAINED A 2.0 SEMESTER GPA DURING THE MOST RECENT SEMESTER ATTENDED.
