The Project Manager manages all aspects of projects for the retail department including research, identifying industry trends, and advising the demand for products and services to create market campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Uses cannabis industry knowledge to create strategies while working with budgets, the retail team, the marketing team, Director, and stakeholders understand the company’s overall vision.
- Coordinates the work activities for multiple functions to ensure satisfying delivery.
- Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
- Assists with the selection, negotiation, and management of activities with external consultants or vendors.
- Meets with multiple team members to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinates project resources and tracks project progress against established timelines and schedules
- Ensures work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification
- Selects, negotiates with, and coordinates the work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors
- Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management
- Produce go-to-market strategies with the assistance of management and the manufacturing team
- Write and create innovation concepts and product copy
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1 year of marketing experience as a Project Manager
Requirements:
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Available for on-site operations Monday-Friday.
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
- Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
