What You’ll Do
- Manage and oversee construction inspection projects across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate and support plan review processes to ensure compliance with building codes
- Act as a liaison between inspectors, plan reviewers, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy
- Conduct site visits to support inspections and resolve complex field issues
- Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Support client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on construction management experience
- Experience managing construction projects, field teams, or subcontractors
- Experience working with municipalities or government agencies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field)
