What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee construction inspection projects across multiple jurisdictions
  • Coordinate and support plan review processes to ensure compliance with building codes
  • Act as a liaison between inspectors, plan reviewers, contractors, and clients
  • Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy
  • Conduct site visits to support inspections and resolve complex field issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and compliance records
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Support client relationships and contribute to business development efforts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on construction management experience
  • Experience managing construction projects, field teams, or subcontractors
  • Experience working with municipalities or government agencies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field)
