Job Description
Banco Sabadell is seeking a Private Banking Admin to join a dynamic team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Assist Private Bankers in the preparation of call reports, visit reports, KYCs, investment profile updates, credit proposals, and any other document requirements.
- Assist Private Bankers in the update of account documentation for existing accounts.
- Prepare documentation for account openings and investment portfolios following the established compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate and help execute transfers, foreign exchanges, investment orders, and new time deposit or renewal requests from external and internal clients.
- Execute orders received by telephone calls, faxes, email, or mail.
Requirements
- An Associate's, Bachelor’s degree or a four-year degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-5 years of related experience or training.
- Ability to speak, write and read English and Spanish fluently (required), Portuguese (preferred).
- Well organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of PC tools and Microsoft Office.
- Customer service oriented.
