As a Test Lab Operator at Nokia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our integrated optical parts by executing precise automated tests and performing minor troubleshooting on testing tools. You will collaborate closely with the production and Test Engineering teams, communicating effectively to resolve any issues that arise. Shift 7 Details: 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, scheduled Friday through Sunday and every other Thursday. Eligible for a 20% shift differential.
Responsibilities
- Setup and operate multiple automated testing equipment for integrated optical parts.
- Ensure quality standards are met by executing detailed testing processes.
- Collaborate effectively with production and Test Engineering teams to communicate findings and troubleshoot issues.
- Adhere strictly to documented procedures and specifications during testing.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including transaction logging and reporting in real-time.
- Inspect microelectronic components under a microscope to identify any damage.
- Prioritize and meet testing schedules and goals in alignment with the PIC department.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude in maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment.
Qualifications
You have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills (Emails and data entry)
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail for inspecting microelectronic parts
