Looking for a BCBA role where you can focus on clinical oversight and program quality in a structured setting?

One Step Forward is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support cases in Morristown, Cedar Knolls, and surrounding Morris County areas. This position focuses on supervising ABA programs, reviewing data, and guiding treatment direction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee ABA programs and ensure clinical quality
  • Review session data and adjust treatment plans
  • Provide supervision to behavior technicians
  • Monitor implementation of skill acquisition and behavior plans
  • Collaborate with team members to support client progress
