Job Description

Join Our Central Refill Team as a Washington State Certified Medical Assistant!

Are you a detail-oriented Medical Assistant who enjoys helping patients and being part of a collaborative team? We’re looking for a Washington State Certified Medical Assistant to support our Central Refill team and play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely care. In this role, you’ll use established protocols and workflows to process medication refills, connect with patients by phone, and help coordinate care by scheduling appointments. Your work will directly support patient safety, continuity of care, and a positive patient experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of training and meeting requirements.*

Pay range starts at $22.25hr. with active Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified credential and goes up based on experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.

  • Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.)

  • Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

  • Current healthcare provider BLS required.

* Additional details: Potential for off-site work after successful completion of full-time, on-site training at our VIC location and meeting the requirements for working off-site.

Pay Range:

$21.81 - $30.53
