• You are required to have an active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license or a Texas Life & Health Insurance license. Exception may be made for exceptional candidates with expired license that is willing to study and retake the exam.

• Minimum of 1 year prior insurance sales experience required. Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing may be considered.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

• Call/Text/email leads and prospective customers. Answer incoming phone calls and return calls promptly.

• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle identification number, driver's license and enter into insurance quoting platform

• Present and explain insurance policy coverages and available discounts based upon client needs and available options.

• Develop insurance quotes, present options to clients, and close sales.
