Winter 2027 Assistant Project Management Bootcamp (Midwest)
What we are looking for: The APM Bootcamp is designed for new Assistant Project Managers (APMs), offering a structured pathway into the Aldridge project lifecycle. This 15-week program integrates new hires into our processes through a combination of traditional classroom training, interactive activities, and on-the-job mentorship. Participants will gain essential skills and knowledge to thrive in their roles and contribute effectively to our projects. The 15-week program is structured to include 6 weeks of classroom instruction and 9 weeks of on-the-job site experience. Classroom sessions are held in Illinois, primarily at our Des Plaines office, with occasional sessions at our Lake Forest headquarters. The program generally follows a rotation of one classroom week followed by two weeks on the jobsite at your assigned location within the United States, with occasional variations such as consecutive classroom weeks or a three-week jobsite rotation. What we offer: The annual base pay for this role is between $70,000-$80,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus.
