Looking for a fun summer job with an awesome team to work with? Sandy Pines Campground is seeking help for our General Store for the upcoming season! 



Job Summary

As a General Store  Counter Attendant, you help to set the tone for our guests' stay, by providing a welcoming experience and knowledge of menu and gift shop items. Counter Attendants, work in a fun fast paced environment, provide customers with exceptional service, take orders and recommend products.


Some Areas of Responsibility

  • Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions.
  • Stay up to date on menu offerings and specials.
  • Complete counter orders including specialty coffee, desserts and ice cream.
  • Enter orders, deliver food and beverages.
  • Process payments and make change.
  • Balance cash drawer and run daily reports.
  • Create and nurture a fun, family-style work environment.
  • Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
  • Complete pre and post shift checklists.
  • Follow scheduled shifts, break and lunch requirements.
  • Effectively communicate with all departments.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.
