Location: Madison, MS (Serving Jackson, Brandon, and Ridgeland)
Salary Range: $22.00–$32.00 plus performance pay!

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a team known for doing installations the right way.

Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and indoor air quality equipment
  • Assist with system start-up and testing to ensure proper operation
  • Maintain a clean and safe jobsite during and after installation
  • Complete installation checklists and job documentation accurately
  • Maintain and properly care for tools, equipment, and company property
  • Follow company safety standards and installation best practices

Qualifications:

• Residential HVAC installation experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team on installation projects
  • Professional attitude and reliability
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
