Job Description

Title: Program Management Operations Analyst V (Senior)

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):




  • Assist the Program Manager in leading, guiding, and coordinating a multidisciplinary support team to meet mission objectives.

  • Plan, direct, and oversee day to day operations of the support contract, including policy formulation, workflow coordination, task prioritization, and resource planning.

  • Manage operational activities related to staffing, workload distribution, performance tracking, and contract deliverable management.

  • Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency and contract performance.

  • Coordinate the use of human resources, materials, and administrative assets to support program goals and ensure timely task execution.

  • Integrate and synchronize General Administration, Business & Financial Management, and Strategic Planning activities across all contract functional areas.

  • Provide analytical support, data driven insights, and operational recommendations to leadership for informed decision making.

  • Monitor program milestones, assess risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain program alignment and contract compliance.

  • Facilitate communications among stakeholders, leadership, government customers, and team members to ensure cohesive program execution.

  • Prepare and review operational reports, decision papers, briefings, and program documentation.

  • Ensure all program activities adhere to standards, contractual requirements, and organizational policies.
