What We Are Looking For

Minimum 10–20 years of HR experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., HR4U).
Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and drive impactful change.
