Senior Enterprise Architect

Spectrum is currently hiring a Senior Enterprise Architect for a project with our team in Bolling AFC, DC, USA.
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise to high level decision makers on architecture issues and solutions
- Provide Casewise expertise and lead as the Subject Matter Expert
- Develop or lead the development of architecture artifacts to support technical solutions.
- Coordinate and develop BEA compliance activities
- Support and provide guidance, analysis, and information as defined and implement processes that help align business processes and systems with DoD Business Enterprise Architecture
- Apply knowledge of the DoD Net-centric and data strategies, the DoD information assurance guidance, and the DoD federation strategy, and the business mission area federation strategy and roadmap.
- Perform high level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development.
- Support technical design reviews, solution architecture validations, and technical product assessments.
- Define and document standards, frameworks, and reference architectures
- Ensure DOD standards and DODAF architecture framework compliance across the Air Force Acquisition enterprise.
- Evaluate technologies and their relevant fit in the established solution architectures and/or new architectural design patters.
Required Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technically relevant area
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in design and implementation of Business Architecture and Enterprise Architecture within DOD environment
- Casewise Subject Mater Expert
- Extensive experience with EA frameworks such as DODAF, TOGAF, and/or Zachman
- Experience working with large distributed teams in a highly dynamic environment
- Experience with Air Force Acquisition domain
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative to anticipate needs in area of responsibility.
- U.S. Citizen with active Secret Clearance
