What you’ll be doing

Replenishment & Inventory Management

  • Own replenishment planning for all General Mills products into Coles, ensuring optimal order volumes and flow.

  • Proactively manage inventory levels to balance high service with working capital and obsolescence targets.

  • Monitor, communicate and act on supply risks (constraints, promos, seasonal events, NPD, range changes) to minimise disruption.

  • Collaborate on forecasting to ensure the right demand signals are in place for base and promotional volumes.

Customer Collaboration – Coles

  • Act as a day‑to‑day supply chain contact for Coles replenishment, demand and logistics teams.

  • Lead collaboration meetings and performance reviews, sharing demand & supply plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support range changes, promotional events, seasonal builds and NPD launches with the right setups and builds.

  • Work with Coles to resolve order, delivery and data issues promptly and proactively.

Service, Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report key customer supply KPIs – fill rate, OTIF, on‑shelf availability, outbound service level, forecast accuracy, waste & markdown.

  • Identify root causes for service failures or excess stock and drive corrective and preventative actions.

  • Partner with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service and Sales to improve order‑to‑delivery performance.

  • Support or lead initiatives to optimise ordering & delivery parameters, lead times, MOQs, network and data integrity.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Be the voice of Coles supply chain within General Mills, ensuring priorities and insights are shared in a timely way.

  • Work closely with Sales/Account Management to understand customer plans, promotions and commercial priorities.

  • Align customer‑level plans with production and inventory strategies, and support S&OP and post‑event reviews.

What you’ll bring

Experience & qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience as a VRP, in supply chain, demand planning, or customer logistics within FMCG or retail.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable working with large data sets and system outputs.

  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP, APO, IBP or similar).

  • Highly regarded: experience working with Coles or other major Australian retailers (Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Metcash); exposure to retailer portals and reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined follow‑through.

  • Problem‑solving mindset, able to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.

  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage time in a fast‑paced environment with competing demands.

  • Customer‑focused, collaborative style and a willingness to work cross‑functionally and build relationships across businesses.

  • Proactive, continuous improvement mindset and comfort working with change.

  • Confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
