Under the supervision of the Principal and in close collaboration with the Dean of Student Achievement, the Targeted Feedback Coach serves in a dual capacity as both a classroom teacher and instructional leader. This position represents an innovative approach to teacher leadership, combining a full teaching load with dedicated time for coaching fellow educators to strengthen instructional practices and student outcomes.
The Targeted Feedback Coach will be assigned to teach three courses plus one preparation period, while also utilizing their preparation period and additional before/after school time as needed to provide targeted instructional coaching to fellow teachers. This position is designed for an accomplished educator who demonstrates excellence in instruction and shows promise as an instructional leader committed to supporting colleagues' professional growth.
