Job Description:

The Denmark School District is seeking a student-focused, energetic Middle School Physical Education and Health Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will serve students in grades 6–8 and play an essential role in fostering physical, emotional, and social well-being through engaging lessons and activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver a comprehensive, standards-aligned physical education and health curriculum.
• Promote lifelong wellness and healthy habits in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with staff to support student growth and school goals.
• Ensure student safety during all activities and maintain effective supervision
• Use varied instructional strategies and technology to engage all learners.
• Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
License: Wisconsin DPI License #1530 (Physical Education) and #1910 (Health Education) or eligibility to obtain.
