What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
  • Build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up to keep conversations moving
  • Keep customer activity organized in our system

This is a communication and appointment-setting role. You will not be responsible for selling vehicles.

 

What to Expect Day to Day

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries throughout the day
  • Communicate with customers via phone and text
  • Set and confirm appointments
  • Follow up with leads
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

No two days are the same, and the day goes by quickly.

 

Compensation and Growth

  • $40,000 to $60,000+ per year
  • Hourly pay plus uncapped bonus
