This is a remote position.

This is a flexible, full time or part-time REMOTE opportunity with a self-managed schedule.

We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, and driven to succeed in business.

Candidates must reside or be able to work in the United States, U.K., Europe, Mexico or Australia.

As a Travel Advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of your clients' travel plans. You will be responsible for coordinating and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for travel will be essential in providing your clients with the best travel experiences possible.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

  • Research and recommend travel options, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.

  • Make reservations and bookings through various online platforms and travel suppliers

  • Provide clients with detailed itineraries, including travel documents, directions, and contact information.

  • Handle any changes or adjustments to travel plans, including cancellations and re-bookings.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination updates, travel regulations, and visa requirements.

  • Assist clients with travel insurance and other travel-related services.

  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and partners.

  • Maintain records of clients’ bookings, itineraries and payment arrangements.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in travel coordination, travel agency, or a related role is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for travel and exploring new destinations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in computer applications

  • Resourceful

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations.

  • Thirsty for knowledge

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must reside or be authorized to work in the U.S., Mexico, Europe, the U.K., or Australia
