Rate of pay $20.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Ensures all rules and regulations set forth by the governing entity for assigned program area are followed and met. 
• Create and develop programs. Assist with scheduling.
• Ensure program sites are safe by conducting program audits on a regular basis and ensuring scheduled activity and sports are implemented as scheduled.
• Establish relationships and partnerships with local high schools to provide information about the teen programs offered.
• Facilitate five-week Workforce Development program.
• Work with Directors for Membership, Fitness, Facilities, Aquatics, and Childcare in the job placement for cohorts who have successfully completed the Workforce Development program.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
• Minimum age 21.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 seasons experience as a player or official for sports assigned.
• Knowledge of rules and protocols for assigned sports programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-lingual 
• YMCA Team Leader or Multi-Team/branch Leader certification
