The Opportunity:
The Senior Manager – Clinic Solutions, Neurology is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of neurology clinic partnerships within an assigned territory. The role focuses on supporting clinic performance, strengthening customer relationships, driving sustainable revenue growth across assigned accounts, and contributing to the development of Sentrex’s long-term Neurology strategy.
Working in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, the Senior Manager ensures effective execution of clinic support models, supports new clinic launches, and identifies opportunities to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and access to care for neurology patients across neurology-focused partnerships.
This is an individual contributor role with significant autonomy, accountability, and strategic contribution expectations.
What You Will Own
- Ownership of assigned neurology clinic partnerships, including overall account health, relationship quality, and service delivery effectiveness
- Accountability for driving revenue growth across assigned accounts through effective partnership management, identification of growth opportunities, and optimization of clinic support models
- Accountability for supporting clinic performance through workflow optimization, issue resolution, and coordination of internal resources
- Ongoing assessment of clinic operations to identify opportunities for improvement, expansion, or enhanced support models
- Responsibility for acting as the primary escalation point for clinic-related issues within assigned accounts
- Support for the successful onboarding and launch of new neurology clinics and programs within the assigned territory
- Contribution to the development of Sentrex’s long-term Neurology strategy, including identifying unmet needs, emerging opportunities, and areas for future investment
- Identification and evaluation of potential new neurology clinic partnerships within the assigned territory
- Bringing forward innovative ideas and proposed solutions that improve regional neurology care models, enhance patient access, and support sustainable growth
- Ongoing engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure clinic needs are addressed in a timely, effective, and financially responsible manner
A Day in the Life (What you will do here):
Account Management, Growth & Clinic Performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned neurology clinic partners
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, clinic administrators, and care teams
- Support revenue growth across assigned accounts by identifying opportunities to expand services, improve utilization, and enhance clinic integration
- Support clinics in optimizing workflows, processes, and service delivery models
- Monitor clinic performance and proactively address issues impacting operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, or account growth
Strategic Development & Innovation
- Support the development and execution of the Neurology long-term strategy in collaboration with Clinic Solutions leadership
- Identify new partnership opportunities and contribute to the evaluation of potential neurology clinic collaborations
- Bring forward strategic ideas, pilots, or proposed care models that improve patient access, efficiency, and regional neurology care delivery
Therapeutic Area Focus
- Support clinics treating patients with neurological conditions including Multiple Sclerosis, Migraine, and Parkinson’s disease
- Participate in the development and support of emerging programs related to Alzheimer’s disease and memory clinics
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including Pharmacy, Nursing, Patient Care, Operations, and Commercial Leadership
- Coordinate issue resolution and support implementation of process improvements across clinic partnerships
- Ensure alignment with Sentrex policies, operational standards, and service frameworks
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track key account activity and outcomes using internal tools and reporting processes
- Provide regular updates to leadership on account status, risks, opportunities, and progress against growth and strategic objectives
- Contribute feedback and insights to inform the ongoing evolution of Clinic Solutions programs
What you need to ensure you are set up for success:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in neurology-related roles (e.g., clinic partnerships, account management, healthcare services, specialty pharmacy, or related fields)
- Demonstrated understanding of neurology clinic operations, workflows, and stakeholder dynamics
- Experience supporting neurological disease areas such as Multiple Sclerosis, Migraine, or Parkinson’s disease
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across a large geographic territory
Preferred
- Experience supporting Multiple Sclerosis programs or clinics
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy and/or Patient Support Program (PSP) environments
- Experience working in complex, matrixed healthcare organizations
