The Role
We’re looking for someone who can run the front desk like a boss while keeping the energy upbeat and welcoming. You’ll be the first face people see and the voice they hear—so good vibes and professionalism are a must.
Think: part customer service pro, part organizer, part behind-the-scenes magic maker.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering phones + helping clients and students like a pro
- Checking guests in and keeping the front desk running smoothly
- Light filing + keeping things organized (we love a tidy moment)
- Entering student info into our system (details matter )
- Helping manage the daily flow + timing of the clinic floor
- Stocking back bar + making sure supplies are always on point
- Keeping the space clean, cute, and professional
- Supporting the team wherever needed
