  • Assist the Executive Chef and kitchen leadership in menu planning, development, and execution.
  • Direct and supervise daily kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation.
  • Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to organizational standards and existing systems.
  • Execute preparation and plating of innovative and seasonal dishes.

Requirements

? Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
? Culinary degree or equivalent experience of two to three years.
? Strong organizational and communication skills.
? Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
? Knowledge of local, seasonal, Mediterranean ingredients.
